The Splendid Sampler - My blocks 8, 9, 10 & 11

Are you sewing along with the Splendid Sampler?  So, so much fun!

I've created a Pinterest board of my blocks This will be a great way for me to see all of them together!

Here are my next set of blocks.  (Click block name to be taken to the directions and the official linky party) -

Friends Around the Square (block 8) - I really enjoyed this one!

Local Quilt Shop (block 9) - I used the name for my Elm Street Quilts blog as the name for the quilt store (fun!).  I may redo those stitches - not quite sure.

Iowa (block 10) - a quick one!

Crocheted Thoughts (block 11) - I opted to do a back-stitch instead of a chain stitch.  It looks like a snowflake which fit in well for my Christmas themed fabric.
