Happy dance for me. All the blocks are now made and top assembly is underway!!
Colors of the fabric are not quite right in the photograph (inside hall light on a dark evening doesn't make for a great photo!) While the colors aren't right, you can see the quilt pattern looks spectacular! Bonnie Hunter is a talented designer!
I decided to go with a square layout which required 16 of one block and 9 of the other. Since I only made roughly a third of the units during the quilt along, I had 10 more blocks to make to achieve this layout.
I was a busy bee!
Now on to the assembly!
Happy Stitching!
I am slowly getting to the final stages and can't wait to see my finished quilt top. Then it will be finding border and backing fabric!
ReplyDeleteI do think this might be her nicest mystery quilt yet! Yours is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! Can't wait to see it completed.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, I really like the touch of black in this design. I am saving her patterns to make one later this year, I think. Spending some time now getting some tops quilted and donated.
ReplyDeleteThis is unbelievable! Congrats...the quilt is looking gorgeous!
