abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

These ABC blocks can be found across a series of posts on Temecula Blog.  I'm using my stack of  AMB solids,   There were so much FUN to assemble.

I'm thinking about just a 3" border of background fabric and then backing it in flannel.   The quilt measures now at 29" wide x 35" so adding a 3" border should get it to a good baby size! This will a quilt for a new baby.

This is my ALYOF goal for December.  I'll be linking up here.

Happy Stitching!

  1. Patty, your little quilt is adorable. I am still tempted to make one...maybe after Christmas. Good for you!

  2. Awesome! I finished piecing my country version last night. I added a 2.5 inch border of the sashing fabric and an outer border 4.5 inches. It is bigger, but will not need a pieced backing! I love your bright version, I hope to piece my bright blocks this weekend. Check mine out here http://tanyaquiltsinco.blogspot.com/2014/12/little-letters-country-top.html
